Abstract
The Authors consider the actual problem of the national-regional component in the teaching of Russian as a foreign language, the formation of cultural competence on the example of the study of poems of Yakutia S. Danilov and A. Mikhailov, dedicated to the winter and snow. A description of the lesson in a foreign audience is given. The poems of Yakut poets are analyzed, the features of national originality in the image of snow are revealed, comparison with the poems of Chinese authors is carried out. The conclusion about the need to include the national-regional component in the teaching of Russian as a foreign language, contributing to the success of the process of formation of communicative and cultural competence of foreign students and increase their motivation in learning the Russian language.

Abstract
The article presents the study of the problem elements “food” and “culture” in cultural studies of everyday life. In their own way, folk sets of food products, methods of their processing, typical dishes, traditions and traditions, as well as other types of cultural life, directly or indirectly related to food, reflect the ethnic, cultural and historical specifics of the people. Food serves as an integral element of human life, in connection with which principles of food culture have historically been formed, including knowledge of the principles of proper nutrition, the properties of products, their effects on the body, the ability to choose, cook, serve.

Abstract
This article attempts to pose the problem of the formation of the ethnic identity of a Sakha person in the educational process of school. To solve the problem, the authors propose the introduction lessons of Olonkho into the educational process, taking into account federal state educational standards in the context of ethnopedagogy, Olonkho pedagogy, formed in the educational system of the Sakha Republic (Yakutia). The lessons of olonkho are considered as a mechanism for achieving a positive result in the process of ethnic identification, and the epic itself as an identification marker that allows the Sakha to develop a sense of belonging to the Yakut people through the function of Olonkho inculturation.

This article discusses the modern way to use three-dimensional visualization of illustrations as a learning tool. 3D-modeling contributes to the rapid development of the educational process of man and society. The possibilities of 3D modeling are really endless, and they must be used for scientific and educational purposes.
