Improving the management system at the enterprise

Abstract
The research is aimed at analysing and improving the management system at the enterprise with an emphasis on the integration of digital technologies in personnel management. In the context of the modern business environment, digital transformation is becoming a key factor contributing to improving the efficiency and competitiveness of enterprises. The author highlights the possibilities of using digital tools, including personnel management software, data analytics, cloud technologies and robotic processes, in order to optimise management operations and improve interaction with staff. Special attention is paid to the automation of routine tasks in personnel management, as well as the use of machine learning and artificial intelligence methods to predict personnel needs and optimise recruitment and personnel management processes. In conclusion, based on the results of the study, it is supposed to identify the potential and advantages of digitalisation in the field of personnel management, as well as provide practical recommendations for the successful implementation of digital management strategies in the enterprise. The key focus is on the effective use of digital tools to create more flexible and adaptive personnel management systems that can quickly respond to changes in the external environment and business needs. The study will also cover an assessment of possible challenges and obstacles that an enterprise may face when implementing digital HR management strategies, as well as offer recommendations on how to overcome them to ensure a successful transition to digital management.
