FEATURES OF EVEN-YAKUT INTERFERENCE IN BILINGUAL SPEECH
Abstract
The article examines some of the features of the functioning of Yakut borrowings in the Upper Kolyma, Tompon, Lower Kolyma dialects of the Even language. Earlier, some specific features of the Even-Yakut bilingualism were considered fragmentarily in the dialectological works of Even scholars. The lexical material of the studied dialects demonstrates the process of close linguistic and cultural interaction with the Yakut ethnos on the territory of Yakutia. In these Even dialects, Yakut lexical borrowings are revealed in all thematic groups. In the borrowing language, the lexemes included from the source language are adapted at all language levels and are characterized by a number of features. The material for the study of Yakut borrowings was the author's field materials collected in different years in the Nizhnekolymsky, Tomponsky, Verkhnekolymsky uluses of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) (2013-2015) and published publications on dialects and dialects of the Even language.
