ON THE PROSPECTS FOR THE TRAINING OF SKILLED LABOR RESOURCESIN THE ARCTIC REGIONS OF RUSSIA

The article analyzes the prospects for high-quality training of qualified personnel for the development of the Arctic, implemented in the Arctic regions of the Russian Federation within the framework of the main directions of state policy, based on innovative projects with the participation of large private corporations, educational institutions, public initiative, various funds. For the sustainable development of the Russian Arctic, it is necessary to develop a comprehensive long-term program for providing this territory with highly qualified labor personnel, based on a balance of the state’s capabilities and the in- terest of private business in the development of the region of presence, attracting and retaining, first of all, young people there. The article reveals the possibilities of educational organizations of secondary vocational and higher education (federal universities, flagship universities, colleges, etc.) in meeting the most important needs of the subjects of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation; Centers of Arctic competencies, bringing together multi-level professional educational organizations; innovative Centers for additional education, on the experimental sites of which a special practice-oriented environment has been created for the implementation of project activities. The content and prospects for the interaction of educational organizations with employers-partners are characterized with an emphasis on practice-oriented training of students, the development of various forms of public-private partnership of educational organizations and companies, including the training of human resources through a targeted order.
