TO THE ISSUE OF STATE REGULATION OF TOURISM: LEGAL ASPECT
Abstract
This scientific article examines the problems of state regulation of tourism development. Tourisminthemindsofordinarypeopleisassociatedwithrest, newimpressions and emotions. It firmly entered the life of a modern person with his natural desire to discover and learn the unexplored corners of the planet, monuments of nature, history and culture, customs and traditions of different peoples. Our paper posits that the development of the «tourism product» depends on the effective implementation of the instruments of state regulation in the field of tourism. And that this condition is typical not only for the Russian Federation, but for all countries without exception, which fully meets the modern challenges of the time.
