В статье рассмотрен культурно-познавательный туризм как фактор устойчивого развития сельских территорий на примере Усть-Алданского района Республики Саха (Якутия), основным фактором для развития которого выступает историко-культурное наследие, что способствует повышению привлекательности района. Объектом исследования является культурно-познавательный туризм, предметом – специфика его развития в регионах нового освоения на примере Усть-Алданского района Республики Саха (Якутия). Дается краткий анализ понятия и особенностей культурно-познавательного туризма. Актуальность исследования обусловлена необходимостью изучения специфики развития культурно-познавательного туризма в Усть-Алданском районе Республики Саха (Якутия). Развитие туристической индустрии в данном регионе предполагает, прежде всего, эффективное использование туристических ресурсов. Особое значение в развитии культурно-познавательного туризма придается музейным коллекциям. Одним из интересных мест для посещения является Усть-Алданский районный краеведческий музей. Экспозиции музея позволяют гостям окунуться в историю этого уголка Якутии и лучше понять его уникальное культурно-историческое наследие. Культурно-историческое наследие – это термин, обозначающий множество схожих видов туризма, включая исторический, религиозный, этнический, фольклорный, антропологический, событийный, художественный, музейный и архитектурный. Все они являются «культурно-ориентированными», поскольку связаны общими интересами и мотивами путешественников, а также использованием общих культурно-исторических ресурсов. Разработаны рекомендации по совершенствованию культурно-познавательного туризма с целью продвижения работы музея.

The article considers cultural tourism as a factor of sustainable development of rural areas on the example of the Ust-Aldansky district in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). The main factor in this development is the historical and cultural heritage, which contributes to the attractiveness of the area. The object of the study is cultural tourism, the subject is the specifics of its development in the regions of new development on the example of the Ust-Aldansky district, Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). A brief analysis of the concept and features of cultural tourism is given. The relevance of the research is due to the need to study the specifics of the development of cultural tourism in the Ust-Aldansky region. The development of the tourism industry in this region involves, first of all, the effective use of tourism resources. Museum collections are of particular importance in the development of cultural tourism. One of the interesting places to visit is the Ust-Aldan Regional Museum of Local Lore. The museum’s expositions allow guests to plunge into the history of this place of Yakutia and better understand its unique cultural and historical heritage. Cultural and historical heritage is a term that designates many similar types of tourism, including historical, religious, ethnic, folklore, anthropological, event, artistic, museum and architectural. All of them are «culturally oriented» because they are connected by common interests and motives of travelers, as well as the use of common cultural and historical resources. Recommendations have been developed to improve cultural tourism in order to promote the work of the museum.
